Return Policy

At Pocklad, we offer free returns & exchanges for all orders.

Our return policy lasts 60 days, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or the name/email used to place the order)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include a photo or video of the item. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, so you won’t need to pay for shipping.

Simply:

Pack the item in its original packaging
Attach the provided label
Drop it off at your local post office

Important Notice

Do NOT send your item back before contacting us
Unauthorized returns will be subject to a $20 USD fee

Bulk Orders

Items sold in multi-packs or bundles must be returned in full.
Partial returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.

After this time:

Orders are already processed
Cancellation is no longer possible
You may return the item after delivery instead

Incorrect Address

Pocklad is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

If you made a mistake:

Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order

Once the order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Holidays
Natural disasters
Carrier issues

If your order is lost or delayed, we will reship it at no cost, but refunds are not available in this case.

Refused Delivery

If a package is refused and returned:

A $20 USD fee will be deducted from your refund

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These charges vary by country and are not covered by Pocklad.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.
